night lighting
« on: December 11, 2008, 10:49:21 pm »
Hi,

First of all, congratulations for this fantastic scenery.

I have a doubt concerning the night lighting in the apron. The apron appears to me very, very dark and even when I turn on my taxi lights I have serious troubles to follow the taxi lines and the parking signs.

Any suggestion?

I must agree with the above.
I've just finished an F100 night-time hop from Zurich and was blind while taxiing from rwy05 to the stand.
Strange!

Best regards,

same to me, and for well knowing that airport cause I live in the area I can say that there is a lot of green centerline missing at night.

Meantime : At lsgg, most of the time the runway lights are on all the day, expet in summer, is it possible, like other developper does, to add, lets say in a nav2 frequency the abilitie to switch off and on the runways lights? >Should be great and realistic.

A big thank you for that wonderful airport which has been a lot forgotten before you did it !!

Yep, add my surprise to the list as well. There are no green taxiway lights anywhere whatsoever. Surely that's not the normal state of affairs at Geneva?

Hi

I installed it in the FSX version:

Taxiway lights are mucht to bright and to close one to the other.
The taxiway lights from Zürich are much better, why dont you use the same lights as LSZH?

Thanks Peter

wow, thank you very much for the new taxiway lights.

Now it´s really great.

Just one thing, the apron is still too dark and even with the taxi lights on it´s really hard to see the parking signs on the floor and so to reach the correct stand.

Any fix is expected?
