Do we have to download lode separately? If so, which version works with KMEM?

KMEM installer contains the latest and correct SODE version, and will install it automatically.

Trying to understand the jetways.   I just took off from KMEM gate C18.  I could not activate the jetway.  Am I to understand that only certain jetways are functional?  If so, which jetways?   And they are operated by the GSX menu?

Love the airport!

SODE jetways are listed in the GSX parking selection menu with a "JS" appended to their name. They will be operated while you call Boarding/Deboarding in GSX. Of course, the KMEM manual has an explanation, with screenshots, about the procedure.

If you don't see the jetway selection menu when Boarding/Deboarding, and the jetway IS a SODE jetway, you are probably parked in the wrong position, so SODE couldn't solve the jetway animation but, in this case, you'll see a warning "No jetway can operate a this position" from GSX.
