Vancouver runways and taxiways are pitch black

I downloaded and installed Vancouver airport using the same method as with Zurich and Geneva airport.
( Antivirus off )
When installing I got error message " Incorrect function " which I ignored.
The installation seems to be ok but there is one problem,the rwy,taxiway etc are pitch black.

Could it be because of the "Incorrect function " issue ?
Is there a way to make them lighter ?

Yes, of course ignoring the error will cause a partial installation, with missing files. We had only one user reporting this a while ago:
