LatinVFR KMIA V3 and couatl panic

I use P3DV3, XPOI, GSX, and LatinVFR KMIA V3.  When starting at LatinVFR KMIA, I get a couatl panic.  Per instruction, I've downloaded and installed the latest version of sa-addon-manager at "http://www.fsdreamteam.com/sa-addon-manager", but I'm still getting this error.

just to let ya know, i also use P3D v3 and received the same error in KPHX. I did re-downloaded the stand alone and that did not fix it. Although, i did try again on a seperate date, and boom, no issue. no idea why or how.
