I'm using GSX but I have an issue, why appears a small minivan for boarding and deboarding passengers when I'm flying with planes such as A319?, It should not appear at least one bus or two

This has been discussed several times on the forum, and it's probably related to a non-standard way of the A319 to load its stations.
