I spent a little time before releasing my parking brake. The sound file "release parking brake" kept playing. I released it finally, but while the "release parking brake" sound was still playing. This caused the sounds to overlap and then gsx crashed with a black screen and error message asking if I wanted to restart the service or continue. This was in fsx:acceleration
