Aerosoft A320 issues

Hi, i have another problem. Every time i use Aerosoft's A320, when i ask them to board only a small van comes and baggage trucks have only 1 trailer, it's too low for aircraft like A320 and it really annoys me. Are there any ways to fix this?

Are you loading the aircraft with passengers and cargo via the loadsheet before initiating GSX?

If not use the menu to load the loadsheet with all doors opened and then click the 'instant' option. After that commence the GSX functions. The situation you describe has been observed by me when things are done out of sequence.
