GSX unavaliable

Hello, I am new here. I just landed at HNL in Hawaii and usually once slow to about 10 knots I call for "follow me" to the Gate. This time when I did Ctrl F-12 nothing happened. I went to add-ons and selected GSX and it says Product active. Can someone tell me what I may be doing wrong? No error or anything just nothing :o

The usual question: Do you have BOTH the "Addon Manager" AND the Couatl menu, under the FSX "Addons" menu ?
