GSX Not available

I just installed Quality Wings 757 and now GSX is not working.  It shows it is installed and active, but the menu doesnt show up on the ADDONS menu and CTRL F12 does nothing.

I tried to reinstall both GSX and Ohare, program stated it needed to close the scripting engine, it could not, i tried to continue and got the attached error (2 screen shots, one each). I also downloaded the beta you suggested and got the same result.

If you installed the Couatl 3 Beta in the past, you must reinstall it if you install any product. And even if you haven't I suggest to download and install it anyway, since it's becoming official in a very short while:
