GSX usable in P3D?
« on: April 11, 2016, 06:15:55 pm »
Hello all,

A while ago, I bought GSX and used it on FSX. It works great and I really love it. However, as FSX is getting quite unstable and crashes sometimes, I'm slowly transitioning towards P3D V3. However, would my GSX also work in P3D with the same license? And if so, does that mean I can't use my FSX copy anymore?

Thanks in advance.

I'm unable to load P3D V3 with this.

Hello, thank you. I have encountered a problem unfortunately.

The problem is caused by another add-on that use an outdated (the one from the initial FSX release) Simconnect version, that doesn’t include the Simconnect_text function required by our products, so the sim is forced to load an the outdated version, and is stuck with it for some reason.

It should be possible to fix it as explained here:
