No Addon Manager/Couatl in addon menu/no buildings/ P3D 2.5

I am experiencing this issue after getting around the Stackhash CTD by following the thread on this site. Things worked OK for a while after that, but recently no ... I have installed the latest installer and standalone Addon Manager. My installation is a fresh P3D 2.5 install patched with the 2 Hotfixes issued by LM to date ...

If you installed the 2nd Hotfix, it's just normal you won't see the Addon Manager menu, because the update that supports it has been released today a couple of hours ago, so you must run again the Stand-Alone Addon Manager installer, or any other FSDT installer, to download the updated version.
