Crash while BRING PUSHED BACK BY AES!

.... I am so angry today! I was preparing for a short, nice hop to CYYZ from JFK and while I was pushing back from AES, a glitch caused my plane to just crash (Flying the Wilco CRJ)..>FSDT or Oliver, please help me as it has happened 3 times already
