I purchased JFK last night through PAY PAL, via FS9 but how does one get out of the Demo Mode? I have the confirmation letter from you!

Use "Register Serial" option of the Addon Manager, as written in the installation manual (fsdt_install_guide.pdf, located under FS9\FsDreamteam folder)

Tried "REGISTER SERIAL" function to no avail. Screen goes black with curser and the only way out is to hit the Esc key that takes you back to the simulation!

Try windowed mode then using Alt + Tab to switch to the box to enter the serial.
