Parking no stairs, no jetway

Hello GSX-Team.

I want to use my Regionaljet (RJ85) with the Stairs "in Plane".
im parking in Instbruck, there are no Jetways, i want to use the plane Stairs.
How to stop the stair vehicle for this plane?

You haven't said if the RJ85 you are referring to is a GSX supported plane or an unsupported one.

If it's a supported one, you only need to use the provided airplane configuration utility to set the airplane door's height to 0, so the GSX stairs won't appear.

If it's an unsupported one, you must first create a proper configuration for it, and then do the same as above for the door you don't want stairs to appear.

thank you for Answer. You alright, i forget to post:
it is the plane "QualityWings Avro RJ85". so i think, it is supportet from GSX.

Problem: when i set the doors height to 0, and i am parking on an apron with jetways, then i can not get the jetway to the door.
ist there an other chance to solve this?
