OK.

I wonder if there was an update to Traffic 360 that I installed recently.

Removed Traffic 360 completely. Ran same scenario, no joy. ???

If I try to boarding, no  baggage shows up, if I come in and request a follow me, I get the same error on my screen.

If a re-install is coming up (which is fine) can you tell me all the places Coutal may be lurking to I can ensure a clean removal

Then the bugged AFCAD which is causing the error is coming from another scenery. Or, even if you uninstalled Traffic 360, its AFCAD is still there.

As I've said, you can check which AFCAD is in use by GSX, using the Parking customization page, that will tell you which AFCAD is used by GSX.

Couatl is not "lurking" anywhere, and there's no need to act on it, because the problem is caused by an AFCAD. If you want to do a clean reinstall, just use the uninstaller and reply YES to the questions "Do you want to remove the Couatl scripting engine ?" and YES to the question "Do you want to remove the Addon Manager" ?

To remove all your GSX preferences, remove this folder:

%APPDATA%\Virtuali

And check if you still have some GSX objects left in the Simobjects\Misc folder, they are all named FSDT_*something ( but don't remove objects named FSDT_someicao, because those belong to FSDT sceneries, and should't be touched), those are supposed to be removed by the uninstaller, but if you change some of them manually, or downloaded liveries, or installed the PaintKit, you should remove the extra files manually.

Alright. No idea what those are though. I'll work on that sometime.

And which airport and airplane you were on ? Do you have an addon scenery for that airport ? If yes, which one ?

Everything same same. Default 737 with default Kennedy airport. I keep using the same scenario to help with the troubleshooting.

That the error cannot happen, basically, unless you haven't installed the latest GSX full version OR theres something wrong in your Simobject folder, which prevents GSX to see its own objects there, but it didn't appear from your FSX.CFG file.

Maybe, but that's just an unproven theory, you have too many objects in the Simobject folder ( airplane + AI + everything else ) and there's an undocumented limit on the number of objects that FSX can handle, that we are discovering right now.

If you have AI airplanes from a 3rd party AI traffic package  in a separate folder, referenced in the FSX.CFG by the SimobjectsPath lines, if it has its separate entry, usually the 6th line (FSX defaults with 5 lines), try to comment it with a ; in front of it, and see if it makes any difference. Of course, don't comment the Simobjects\Misc line, because there's the one GSX needs.

There are six lines, starting at 0 going to 5, the 5th is Misc.

SimObjectPaths.0=SimObjects\Airplanes
SimObjectPaths.1=SimObjects\Rotorcraft
SimObjectPaths.2=SimObjects\GroundVehicles
SimObjectPaths.3=SimObjects\Boats
SimObjectPaths.4=SimObjects\Animals
SimObjectPaths.5=SimObjects\Misc

If there aren't any other lines ( even not in sequence ), than that's the default configuration. Are you sure you don't have other lines, and if you have, try to comment the extra lines.

Could this be the culprit? It;s right below the \misc line

User Objects=Airplane, Helicopter

That's how it's supposed to look like, it means those objects are flyable.
