That doesn't work either. You might see it because you have been logged into your Dropbox folder, but it's not a public link. This forum has the ability to attach screenshot to a post, so you don't have to use an external server to show pictures.

You probably got a bad download. Clear your browser cache, and download it again. Be sure you turn off the antivirus while downloading and installing.
