All KIAH Taxiways labelled 'APRON' in t5.csv file
« on: September 02, 2014, 04:21:31 pm »
I have reinstalled FSDT KIAH several times trying to fix this issue. I always select 'yes' when asked if I want to update to the latest AFCAD. I always run makerwys.exe (4.675) after the install. I download a 'fresh' version from the website with my antivirus turned off and execute the file as administrator but still all my taxiways have the same single name APRON. I presume the problem is in the .bgl files but I don't know how to troubleshoot those files.

I would appreciate some assistance on how to correct this problem.
thanks
fred

Makerwys is designed to be called by other programs like It's Your Plane to build their own databases, I would never execute that file as a stand alone.  Reinsstall Houston, answer yes to the new afcads, and DO NOT run makerwys.  See if that resolves the issue.

Thanks for your prompt reply! I will try it as you suggested. I'm running the makerwys.exe file as part of the routine for adding any new scenery for PROATC/X. I can run the makerwys.exe file from within PROATC/X or in the root FSX directory. I'll try a reinstall without running makerwys.exe or rebuilding the PROATC/X db and see what happens.
thanks again!
