CTD after installing KIAH

I have been getting the dreaded Crash to desktop after installing Houston KIAH scenery. I have bought and installed several of sceneries from FSDT with no problem until now. Each time I install the KIAH scenery and accept the "Run" or accept notices the sim crashed to desktop. I have researched this and I have seen others with the same problem but no solution that worked is placed in any forum.

I paid good money for this product and I would like to get it to work. Could someone with some insight at the administration of Customer Service level PLEASE help!

Of course, everyone that followed that advice, had the problem solved in a couple of minutes, and once you'll connect, you'll understand why it must be dealt in private.
