Two tweaks for Default F/A-18

Hello mates,
I was looking around on google and the f18 aircraft cfg and I found that the weights for the aircraft aren't correct. They should be; empty weight: 23000lbs and max weight:51900lbs. Just thought I could share that tweak.

I would completely remove the stock Bug (leave one in for AI/formation) and pick up the Sludge or FSXBA mods.
