JFK scenery not showing up

I downloaded all three sceneries (JFK, ORD and ZRH) today (23 September) and when I installed them, they installed in a folder FSdreamteam in the main FS9 folder, not in the addon scenery area. I haven't changed anything manually to my FS folder. They therefore didn't appear in the scenery library. When I added them to the scenery library, ORD and ZRH show up fine, but JFK doesn't, apart from moving monorails and ground vehicles and the ground textures, the terminal buildings and gates don't show at all.

Anyone know why a) they didn't automatically add themselves to the scenery library like it says it should in the install manuals or b) why the JFK terminal buildings don't show up?

Sorry, forget it, I read another post saying perhaps some of the sceneries needed to be installed in a particular order, I think that solved the problem. It all works great, thanks FSdreamteam for some great sceneries.
