Problem with Payment

Hello all,

first i've to say i'm really happy, somebody make such a beautyfull scenery for Zurich.
I want to buy your product, but i've the same problem as with cloud9 products. Everytime i want to pay, essellerate tell me there's a problem with my credit card and i should contact my bank. I've tried annother credit card and the same happens.
Theses cc are used "everyday" so there's no problem with them.
How can i solve this problem. I want to buy buy buy..........

There's simply nothing we can do about payments. We don't handle Credit Cards at all, and we don't know CC details either. It's all done via Esellerate. You might try contacting support@esellerate.net, asking why your CC is not accepted.
