First shot- Look at those jetways, there on the ground and the ground textures, they look a bit like water

Second shot- Blurs, how can I get rid of them?

Third Shot- See that grey wall, is that supposed to be there?

About blurry textures, please follow these suggestions:

It's related to FS9 but, since from the screenshot I see that your problem is video card related (all your picture is blurred), it applies to FSX as well. There's a very informative post on AVSIM about "the blurries", you might find useful as well:

About the grey wall in front of the jetways you posted...it's there in the real JFK!!! Those jetways are inoperative.
