If you have been charged with the full amount, it means you haven't inserted the Coupon or it hasn't been accepted for some reason. Checking your orders, it shows you ALREADY used the JFKUSER2013 Coupon in November, so you already bought JFK V2 using the Upgrade discount!

The Coupon is of one-time only use, and since you already been used it, when you ordered again, you saw a message telling you that, so maybe you would remember that you already purchased JFK V2.

Contact us by email, so we can arrange an exchange or a refund.
