XPOI stops working

Got a new computer, reloaded FSX, XPOI, GSX, etc.  When reloading XPOI/GSX I used the Set-up Wizard, then installed XPOI and GSX. Frustrating as after about 15 to 20 seconds of use all the XPOI ground pointers and references disappear and in Add-Ons on the FSX menu bar Coualt Powered Products  (XOPI and GSX) on longer appear but yet the Add-on Manager still show XPOI and GSX as active products.  I have uninstalled then reinstalled, etc.

This is very frustrating, any ideas?

Try to turn on Logging in the "Troubleshooting" section of the "GSX Settings" page and after XPOI stops, exit and check if you have a Couatl.ERR file in your %APPDATA%\Virtuali folder. Post its content if you have one.
