Elevation wrong

I am using the afcad that is installed. Here is a screenshot, see the aes guy and his shoes are sinking, you cant see the bottom of the boots. How do I fix?

There's nothing to be fixed, that's how the airport is made, the ground is slightly raised in order to prevent flickering, and this can be noticeable when you see small objects like humans from very close distance.
