4.5 months passed. When can I expect answer from the support?

I wrote to the support in this subject almost 5 months ago, still no answer.

Hello, I have exactly the same issue. Support not replied to me. I sent many emails but nothing 6 months ago. I would like to know if the support email address still correct? I hope support team still exist?

All coupons you have been sent when we released a new version of a scenery that was released in P3D came out in MSFS were issued on Digital River. Unfortunately, Digital River bankrupted at the end of 2024 and their website is down, so we can't create a coupon on Fastspring based on a previous purchase made on Digital River.

I suggest waiting the next sale, because the discount might be higher than the upgrade price from P3D to MSFS, and would be for all products, while the upgrade didn't apply to some (KIAH was excluded, for example)
