GSX Focus
« on: September 07, 2015, 08:07:37 pm »
Not sure what is causing this, but if I open GSX airport positions on the screen where FSX is running, the drop downs are missed up(GSX1).   If I move it over to my second screen, it is ok(GSX2).
I am not sure if this is a GSX, video card, monitor, or pc issue.   Any help would be appreciated.  I am running latest version of GSX, video is Nvidia GeForce GTX 760, Windows 7 x64.

Have determined issue is FSX and touching the task bar.   Have put it in Full Screen mode and issue is now gone.

I am running latest version of GSX, video is Nvidia GeForce GTX 760, Windows 7 x64.

It's a Windows 7 bug (or possibly an nVidia bug under Windows 7), that also messed up with tooltips not appearing in the part where the FSX window is behind.

Funny you noticed only with GSX, but in fact it happened in EVERY windows of every program, even unrelated to FSX. Even opening a regular Explorer file manager view on top of the FSX window (in Windowed mode) resulted in some items not displaying correctly, especially tooltips, in the portion that overlaid the FSX window.

Doesn't happen under Windows 10...
