Program Files (x86)\Addon Manager is an empty folder
That was just an example, assuming you selected to install FSDT into the default path. Since you are allowed to install the FSDT Installer in any other folder or drive, you should know where you chose to install it so, for example, if you installed it in D:\Addon Manager, the manual would be here, in YOUR case:
D:\Addon Manager\couatl\GSX\GSX_manual_MSFS.PDF
The latest GSX Pro manual I have is dated 8 May 2024, and we've had many added features since then. The latest update included a VGDS editor and the notes say there is a new manual for that.
The latest manual is always downloaded automatically when you update GSX. The link in this post it's just for user that want to read it *before* buying it.

The link to the installed manual is where you installed the Addon Manager and, as I've said, it's alway automatically updated together with GSX, if you found an older manual, because that's an older installation, not where the Addon Manager is *now* because, if you have the latest GSX running, you should have the latest manual as well.
