GSX Level 2 install with KJFK-V2, made double jetways.

I installed GSX Level 2 and after opening FSDT KJFK-V2, there are two jetways at each 1-jetway gate, and 4 at 2-jetway gates.  Is there something I need to do to make the old jetways disappear?  Seems to have happened after I ran the FSDT Live Update and it updated the .bgl for JFK.

You must be sure you allow the Live Update to replace the JFK2 AFCAD, since the current version has its jetways removed, precisely for the reason to allow the new SODE jetways we made with this update.

Also, if you customized the airport with GSX before, it's best if you remove any file related to JFK from this folder:
