If the error message in Chinese means what other users reported, the file cannot be found, I can only repeat and confirm the problem can only be caused by the antivirus, which has removed or blocked the Updater.
- Don't just "close" the antivirus but, configure it to exclude the Addon Manager folder from scanning.
- Be sure you don't have other products (anti-spyware, firewall, etc.) which might do the same as the antivirus and require configuration too
- Run the FSDT Live Updater again.
