There wasn't any reply because that O'Hare would have been kept updated along the years of the planned airport evolution, was discussed and answered many times in the past.
We'll likely have an update, but we don't have any planned release date right now, and not decided if it will be free or not, because it depends if we'll also so a remake with new graphic methods and DX10 compatibility, like in JFK V2.
Nothing is decided right now, nothing is announced. Nothing will be announced before it's decided, and it won't be anytime soon anyway, because there's KIAH to be released first, and KLAS needs an update too.

I'd definitely like a V2. Would pay for it too just like JFK. A lot of changes. especially new cargo areas and taxiways.
-
I'd gladly pay for an update, I love ORD but I'm a DX10 user exclusively as the performance gains I'm seeing are terrific. But not being able to fly to places like ORD except during the day is sort of a bummer.

I'd pay for KORD again (full price), even for an update to the new runways, can't you guys do a quick and dirty :D

No, they can't. O'hare was at-LEAST "rebooted" with V2.0, Old airports like KLAS haven't gotten anything re-done with them. They already said they are doing a re-do of older airports, after KIAH anyways, and they have other things to focus on. "Like bugs..etc".
So please stop complaining and trying to push this.

Just to be clear, are the new runways included in KORD download? If so, they are not displaying on my system.

Does anyone have any advise? I downloaded the latest installer but nothing... I do not have 28C or 27R.

27R should be there, but not 28C.
