Title: 7R PAPI lights disaapear on approach-don't coincide with GS on plane

I noticed that 7R Papi lights don't coincide with the G/S on the plane. When my plane is right in the center of the G/S on the HSI, I have all white PAPI lights on the ground. Then, when about 2 miles from the runway threshold, the PAPI light simply disappear. Anyone else experiencing this?
