Title: Texture Problem

Easiest way to explain is the following screens.  Does this all over will flash in and out of various resolutions.  Even .7 in the VC is like this.

Not a problem of the scenery. You probably have "Transparency Antialiasing" or "Adaptive Antialiasing" enabled in your video card control panel: the scenery manual specifically instruct to disable this.

If this is not the problem, then it's another video driver setting which is affecting the scenery we didn't know so far.
