I am using a american express credit card and everytime I try and submit t he order I got this error saying we cannot process your credit card please contact the bank what does this mean, and should I be using a differnet credit card?

I'm sorry, but we don't directly process Credit Cards. We don't have your CC details and the transaction is made entirely outside our control. It's all done by Esellerate, our ecommerce provider. So, if your CC is denied, for any reason, you should contact them to support@esellerate.net, providing just the email you used when trying the purchase, they can give you exact details why your card authorization was declined.
