Title: Missing Building

Can someone please help me!
So, I have Zurich Chicago O'Hare and Dallas/Fort Worth, and whenever I try and download it says like an error occurred, and I have all my anti-virus software off.
I can not figure out what to do, I am getting very frustrated.

Please help me.

It's of course impossible to help you if your description is so vague. Please describe exactly what error you see.
