Title: Yes to uninstall addon manager?

When I'll uninstall KORD, do I need to say yes to remove addon manager as well?

Only if you want to restore FS9 as if nothing related to us has ever been installed so you normally don't do that, because no FSDT/Cloud9/Qualitywings/Flightbeam product will work then, but it might be useful for troubleshooting or if you want to clean up things for any other reason.
