Title: Orlando with Win 7?

Have been reinstalling my FSDT sceneries into Win 7, and I noticed that Orlando specifies it is for Win XP only. Will it run under Win 7 at all, or am I SOL with it?

Yes, it will work, provided you install the Stand-Alone Addon Manager for FSX after installing it, as indicated on the Cloud9 page:
