FS9 support => Chicago O'Hare for FS9 => Topic started by: Petrbilt on March 15, 2008, 08:18:04 pm

Hello,
I run two copies of FS9 on the same machine...one on drive C and one on drive D. By default the installer is going to the C drive and I want it on the D drive. Is there any way to change the folder destination?? I have purchased it already and it works on the C drive but I would like it to be active on the D drive instead. The runways/taxiway textures show up on D but the terminals and buildings are the default FS9 ones.
Thank you,
Nick

You need to open REGEDIT, find this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator\9
and change the value for "EXE Path" to point to your other D:\ drive path, then run our installer again. You might want to reset the registry key to the previous value after installing.
