Title: stand still issues

Hi I love your ORD scenery I just have 1 issue. And that is there are so many standstills. More on arrivals than anything else. I think its because there is only 1 ground atc running. So is there any software or program that could help reduce this or a way to make multiple ground frequencies active. 1 thing I should mention( Im using your plan X afcad)
