Title: Is anyone checking the support email?

I bought KMEM on SimMarket four days ago and the key does not work. I contacted SimMarket who referred me to your support email. It's been four days with no answer. SimMarket has also referred my ticket with them to your and no answer there either.

This is getting frustrating.

Your email has been answered, when you'll read it, you'll understand the problem, we email Simmarket twice about it, but haven't got any reply from them either, that's why your reply arrived later.
