Title: Trouble with the download

Anyone have any ideas, as I am getting the following response at the very end of the download:

C:\Users\Tala\Downloads\phnl_fs9_setup.exe.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.

Try again later, or contact the server administrator.

I cleaned the cache files, deleted the history, and refreshed the web page with no results.

I just downloaded it from my laptop and all went well.

I am not sure what the issue was, as I think I got rid of my cache file properly, but perhaps not, or it may be my nod32 trial version or w7rc.
