Title: Never got KCLT upgrade discount email?

I can't find the MSFS discount email for P3D/FSX users of the original KCLT. Did it ever get sent?

"Also, if you are a user of the previous version, an upgrade price is available for you as well, you'll receive an email with instructions on the email your existing copy of KCLT is registered to."

The email has surely being sent, but of course on the email address you used to originally purchased KCLT so, you must check that one and, if you can't access it anymore, send an email to support indicating:

- the old email you used that cannot be accessed anymore

- the new email you want to have KCLT (or any other past purchases ) being registered to.

After you do this, we'll re-send the KCLT upgrade email again.
