Below are the coordinates that align GSX with the Captain Sim B777-200ER-II_GE94B/200. They may work with the other 200ER models with different engine configurations, but I haven't tested them yet.
Just input these coordinates into the aircraft settings in GSX. If you have any issues or find better coordinates, please post them in the comments. Thank you.
