Title: Switzerland Mesh from the MSFS shop
Post by: ogeva on July 30, 2021, 08:02:29 pm
Hi,
I purchased the Switzerland Mesh in the in game shop.
After installation I cannot start a flight in Switzerland (tried several places, but most often LSGS).
Eventually I uninstalled it and then it works.
I asked MS for a refund, they said I should contact FSDT.
Please help with this.
I see the post above, you should see that the store version works (though I think MS should see that they only allow in the store stuff that works).

Thanks,
Oren

Same problem here. Let's hope they fix it!

I can confirm this.

Something's wrong with the Marketplace version, because if I use our version (which is exactly the same package we sent to Microsoft), it works fine. We reported it to Microsoft to check but, in the meantime, the only solution I see is contacting our support email with a proof of purchase, and we'll create a new order for free on the FSDT store, so you can uninstall the Marketplace version and install the FSDT version.

There's no need to keep posting about this, we confirmed the problem, we already reported it to Microsoft, and we already offered a solution, while Microsoft fixes this. I'm closing the topic now, since the solution is on my previous post.
