Title: Geneva keeps deactivating after activation
Post by: acra24 on December 12, 2009, 08:32:20 pm
I have just purchased FSX Geneva, installed it and activated it.  But every time I go to the airport I get the message 'Your trial period has started' and then soon after, 'You trial period has ended' and then all the buildings disappear.  I have reinstalled it three times but it still does not work. I have tried opening FSX as Administrator but this does not fix it. I have FSDT FSX KLAS, KJFK and KORD that are fine???

This is what is in the couatl.err file;

couatl v1.0 (build 1005)

From the log, it seems that you were getting this error since August so, you probably have some files not updated.

Try to download and install the Stand-Alone Addon Manager for FSX, with Geneva installed, because the installer might update some files from Geneva, in case they are old.

Hi

All fixed now. Thanks.  Another great scenery package.

Are you doing KLAX soon?
