Good Afternoon,
After doing the update, all the FSDT airports no longer load. The image attached is of KCLT. I tried to deactivate KCLT and reactivate it with the new serial key, when I pressed ok/activate nothing happens and when I go back to the addon manager, it still says it is not activated.

I have the same trouble. Maybe there is a hint: when pressing "ALT" to come in the Addon Menu, I can see that all Scenries are actice. After laeaving the menu, the Airports come up in SIM,
Don`t know what is the reason. Windows Defender is excluded from all concernd files.

Yeah, some products and sceneries appear as deactivated.

As explained in other threads, this is normal, because we switched to the new 64 version of the program, and that one doesn't have Esellerate anymore, since there's have never been an Esellerate for 64 bit ( and they closed last year ) so, if you got your original activation with Esellerate ( before they closed the servers ), now the program is updated doesn't contain Esellerate anymore, so your activation will have to be confirmed on the new server for the first time.

My next question is, is that what we are going to have to do from now? Each time we start up our sims is to open the addon manager and close it to get the airports to load?

Do you think we would release the update, if it really did that ? No, of course it's not normal and it shouldn't happen. Why it's happening on very few users I have no idea, should probably have a remote assistance session with someone affected to understand why.

We made lots of changes and this is significant update from 32 to 64 bit, so we installed the software in a way you can still go back to the 32 bit version, even in P3D, in case of any problems. Instructions to do that in the above link.

The first thing useful to know is if you have this problem with the 64 bit version only. Read the above release notes how to switch back to 32 bit.

It is the same for me, 32 BIT didn`t solve the problem.
I tried to uninstall one airport, deleted all the files and made a complete new istallation with the latest installer, but without success. The trouble remains..... :(

I have the same issue after the latest FSDT Live Update. All the FSDT airports asked for Activation during the P3D start-up process and some (if not all) shown errors with Desselerate activation. It seems that GSX is not working for me now.

I had the same issue, did the update, then had it where it was mention above where all my FSDT sceneries became inactive and had to register them again. registered and then next thing I know i go too check on them when others were saying they were having issues, next thing I know like shown above, I had no buildings at but occasionally they would load, but next time you enter the sim, they would be gone again.. Now however I am already in the process of rebuilding my sim back up after removing it for other reasons.. I will definitely monitor this chat so when I get back up too speed. hopefully yaw'll can help me get mine working again.. :)

exactly what happen with me, then next thing I know.. Is what happen to person above where scenery is gone..

yeah same issue for me, all the airports have no buildings. This is ridiculous. This Umberto seems to only care about his precious KEYW for MSFS. Which we don't even have a real jet to fly in or out of there so its really worthless to be honest.

Even I could see that someting happend in the log during the latest update a couple of minutes ago,
this issue had NOT been fixed....

Hello guys,
well in the meantime I also noticed that it is necessayr to click on the Addon Manager and exit to get the (FSDT)-airports buildings back, but I think it is not acceptable to do it everytime we start the flightsim from now on, or how do you think about?
I kindly wish from Umberto a patch so that we don´t need to go into the Addon Manager everytime we start the Sim to get the whole FSDT-Scenery loaded.

But will they stay working once you do that, or do you have do you have to visit Addon Manager every time now you load into the sim ? or what happens if your flying from airport to airport, does it stay or does it disappear during flight and have to do addon manager in game for that too ?

Key Mappings is what I was trying to think of.. Where you can change how you get or bring up the GSX box.. Well can't get too it cause it keeps crashing.. Everytime I try to go there it crashes.. Please Umberto, can you look into that please.. on why Key Mappings is crashing ?? Thanks
We just want our scenery to go back working like it was before that last update.. Everything was working all honky dory until that update crashed everything :'( :'( :'(

Which addon manager you referring too, cause the one we have to go into to get scenery working is the one inside P3D not the other addon manager that came with couatle..

I ment to remove all FSDT programs, and reinstall with the latest installer, but it seems, there is no success, accoring the last post.....:(

yea, man, I've even redid my entire sim, for other reasons too and its just like hell trying to get everything functioning again .. I just want it back working like it was before the update.. Everything was working perfectly fine before that last update and then boom.. Then the issues started for me and apparently alot of others here too :(
I'm not here to cause issues for anyone. I just want what i think everyone experiencing this mess right now wants and that's our scenery to be back working like it was before that last update.. That's all want and I ask.. I fly for virtual United and this mess is kinda throwing me behind on my pireps. Although I have enough this month to get me by..
Ok now the reason I came back in here.. Also like I mention above I try going to that Key Mapping. I get a flash and error cause its apparently broke too and crashes the couatle and then you go out and redo the FSDT UPDATE, come back into P3D and then I see this.. all my scenery simply becomes unregistered again.. I have to restart my pc after running the update and then everything comes back after visiting the addon manager like we've been saying to do.. but I wanted to share with you all what I've been getting..

I tried to find a workaround for the trouble, but it it looks like, there is nothing for the moment.
Now, it is on Virtuali to find a solution, it is fact, that we spend money for his work.
I´m at the end of my ideas what could help.
And I`m disappointed about the support of Virtali :(
I hope he will get the things right.....

Thank you for Trying Mr.E.. Greatly appreciate it.. I hope so too.. Cause I enjoy my GSX rampers and my scenery I have when it does or did work.. lol I hope he can too get it back working the way it was constantly without having to go into Addon Manager every time as well as fix that crash I found.. I do need to try that Virtualli Posted about doing the changing.. I am just not very comfortable in those back programs. I'm always afraid I might mess something up by being in the wrong one, cause I'm not very computer savy in some of these programs like some of you are.. I am good at flying my planes but far as some computer programs. I do get nervous..

I'm having the same issue, however, In p3dv4.5 if I go to addons and click on Addon Manager, select FSDreamteam and KMEM then exit the addon manager everything loads as it should.
Not sure where the issue is, but I know you will find it.

@Bill721 All you have to do is go into just Addon Mgr and exit and everything loads, but FSDT needs to do is find a new way, to get it too stick like it use too be, so you don't need to do that anymore.. As it did before, It should load and stick and not need going into Addon Mgr everytime you go into the sim.. Now they also need to fix that bug with the Key Mappings cause there is an error that comes up and you can't change your GSX call up, cause you can't even get into it crashes, then its pain in the butt to get it fixed and back to using Addon Mgr, to load the scenery again.

Got it.. But they still need to fix the error.. But thanks for pointing out the work around the fix.. However this doesn't give an excuse not too fix it.. Still needs fixin..

Please clarify if:
- Your airport are MISSING, this means the software hasn't loaded for some kind of reason ( antivirus, usually )
- Your airports are IN TRIAL, so everything is working, you just lost your activation.
If you don't see the airport, it doesn't mean it's in Trial. If you lose the activation, they airports will NOT disappear. It will go IN TRIAL. In Trial means they will WORK, but only for 5 minutes per session.
So, please always clarify this, because they are two entirely different issues that needs completely different troubleshooting.
If your case if of airport MISSING ( which doesn't mean "In trial", then continue this thread. If your case is the airport is in Trial and for some reason you cannot activate it, so it WORKS, but is stuck on Trial, do not post here, and contact support by email.

@ virtuali: I excluded nearly the whole PC from Defender, especially all FSDT folders,
like it was before the update, where everything worked fine.
The Addon Mangager states "scenery active".
Did you do someting? I was running the updater one hour ago, and saw there were files exchanged.
But the trouble has not been fixed yet....

We always do something, as soon people report problems, and it's likely you'll find other updates if you run it again now.

I got all my FSDT sceneries active again, after having trouble with the registrtration.
I used to try with CYVR, but it was the same with KIAH.
I did the activation both ways, some I activated by inserting the serial key agian, and some I executed to click on the .reg file stored in personal folder.
GSX on other airports works fine, without issues...

I ran the updater and still have the issue at KMEM. The airport doesn't load at the initial start-up. If I simply open the addon manager and close it Kmem loads just fine. I don't have a trial issue.

We already confirmed in multiple threads we can replicate the problem. While we are looking for a fix, the best workaround is to press ESC twice.
