Title: gsx serial number error

Hello, when I first installed gsx, the serial number worked normally, but after purchasing and installing gsx level2 version, when I entered the serial number, the following error appears.
Does anyone know how to fix it?

You should never post questions about activation and orders on the public forum because, of course, here we cannot be of much help, since the next question would have been "which is your serial number ?", which we cannot discuss here.
