When I choose option 2 (Request Catering Service), and I select the desired company, however depending on the aircraft I am on, all the equipment appears, such as: Stairs, luggage cart, cargo, Pushback and others.
Depending on the aircraft, only the Pushback appears, and nothing else.
Is there anything I can do in the settings to resolve this or is there a file that needs to be installed? Or is it an error on the aircraft?

What aircraft are we talking about here.

I just want to know how to activate all ground service equipment when ordering in option 2 [Request catering service].
Some aircraft appear all the equipment, and others do not appear, only the push-back cart.

Yes, we need to know which aircraft developer. Some of them already have a GSX configuration built in, in which case, this shouldn't be happening. Others don't, in which case you need to create them.

In this case it would be Airbus A320 Azul PA developed by Aviação Arte.
As I understand it does not have the built-in GSX configuration so I must create them. Could you help me how to create please?

Yes, look at the GSX manual page 52.

I checked the manual on page 52 and was able to solve the problem.
GSX.CFG was created and now all ground equipment is activated when requested. Thank you very much.
