Hi All.
I trust that this message finds you well despite the current situation. I am sure that things must be particularly challenging, at present, with the impact of the virus.
I am messaging/requiring help today with reagard to the KJFK V2 jetway logos...I am sure that this is questions has been asked many times in the past and apologise for asking...As you may know and as seen in the attached screenshots, KJFK V2 has logos on the jetways e.g. HSBC, JetBlue etc...however, whenever I land or setup my aircraft at KJFK/New York, I get plain white jetways...i.e. with no logos which is really not nice...it's not realistic and shouldn't be this way....I'm really hoping somebody can please help me solve this issue. I've got both the regular version and V2 of GSX installed and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the KJFK V2 FSDREAMTEAM...further to this I have updated my FSDT however nothing seems to fix the issue and I am rather irritated none to say the least at this point.

All your screenshots shows logos on jetways, except the last one. Please clarify.

The first 4 screenshots in the original message (at the top), 'FSDREAM TEAM 2', 'FSDREAMTEAM PHOTO 3', and 'FSDREAMTEAM PHOTO 4' all have logos on jetways because they are the screenshots from the FSDT KJFK V2 website page: https://www.fsdreamteam.com/products_jfk2.html . The final two screenshots are my photos from my scenery: 'MY Photo/JJSMCC photo 1' and 'My/JJSMCC Photo 2'. As mentioned, and as you have stated they don't have the logos on them. I get plain white jetways...i.e. with no logos (The final two photos).

I am asking if somebody could please help me rectify this issue (get the logos on the jetways i.e. so that they are not 'plain white' - as shown in my scenery: 'MY Photo/JJSMCC photo 1' and 'My/JJSMCC Photo 2').

Could be you checked the "Disable RTT" option in the Addon Manager ? By default is un-checked.

Many thanks for your message which I greatly appreciate.
I can confirm that the 'Disable RTT' option in the Addon Manager was found un-checked as per the default settings (as you have described). Please see attached my screenshot confirming this.

Thank you for your quick reply / response to my message.
With regard to to my simulator, I am using P3Dv4.4.
What would your next/further steps be...? Would it be possible to remote access my computer possibly at some point and take a look if we can’t resolve this over text?

Check the GSX customization page, to see if you are using a custom profile instead of the one we supply with JFK

Could please confirm how I can check the GSX customization page (how to get there). This will then allow me to check if I am using a custom profile instead of yours.

Choose "customize airport positions" from the GSX menu, and check if close to the name of the AFCAD used, there's also an .INI file in your %APPDATA%\GSX folder. If yes, it means you have customized it.

However, I have gone into the %APPDATA%\GSX folder: C:\\Users\me (jjsmcc)\AppData\Roaming\Virtuali\GSX and have found the following attached file...could you please confirm if this is the ".INI" you are referring to and if so what I should do with it?

Remove it, so the one we supply with JFK V2 will take over.

Further to this I have located the AFCAD file through the 'customize airport positions' (please see attached photo)
Is this correct? In the next message I will attach the AFCAD file to the message.
