My PC suffered a big crash 2 weeks ago and I just got it back from the menders.
Unfortunately everything has been lost including my registration details.
Could you please help me to register my GSX again?
You have my details so, I am crossing my fingers for your help please.

The only info required is your email so, unless you changed your email, so it's no longer valid, it will surely work. If you changed your email, you must contact support by email, saying which email you used to have, and how you want it to be changed.

Nothing worked and I never uninstalled Virtuali. My P.C suffered a massive crash where I lost everything.

Instead of waiting why not to try to find it yourself, its quite easy its under contacts on the main fsdt web page

Pete, thank for your offered help but clicking the linki only attempts to open my W10 Mail which in my case, is not working. It would have been helpful to me if you had given me it, instead of criticising?

than there is some issues on your side of the pc , on mine it opens up my Hotmail email box

support@virtualisoftware.com for the e-mail. For what it's worth, it looks like the link only works if you're using something like Microsoft Outlook or something that sends e-mails. I don't have any of that, so when I click on it, it just asks me what program I want to use to open it.

Kevin has given you the hint on how to send the email with out clicking on the link open up your email and put " support@virtualisoftware.com" and than post your issue and linking it to this thread

I mean, he told you what to do, I told you how to e-mail them. I don't know what else you expect him to do. I literally can't make it any clearer than that.
